Looks are important. Period.

So looks are as important as they are made out to be. I dunno how and when this world turned so superficial. Or perhaps it always was. Just that I wasn't exposed to it that much. I was well protected and sheltered by people who looked through the shape and size into the heart. It is sad. Like the death of a dear friend. It is actually a death. Death of a philosophy, of a belief, of a way of life!
